Link Community Care offers domiciliary care to people who need some support to live in their own homes independently. The service provides care to people with different needs, including people living with dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health and sensory impairments.

A team of skilled staff offer people home care including help getting out of bed, washing, going to the toilet, assistance with medication, help to attend appointments, companionship and more.

We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect and that their emotional and mental wellbeing is equally as important as social care.
